Principal’s Message

February/March 2024

Dear Bolton Crossing Families, 

After a very long January month, February is finally arrived and is flying by quickly!  We are spending our winter months staying warm inside for indoor recess and enjoying those crazy Ohio winter days outside when it jumps to 56 degrees!  When that happens, many coats, hats, gloves and mittens end up in the lost and found.  Please stop by and check it when you are in the building.  We will keep everything until spring break and then we’ll be donating the lost items that have not been claimed.

We had parent-teacher conferences this month on February 15th.  Our staff enjoyed connecting with parents and sharing the progress of your children with you.  That week, PTA hosted our second book fair of the year and it continues through the middle of this week.  The morning of the 15th, parents joined their students for breakfast treats while stopping to browse the bookfair. 

This newsletter will cover February and March, since March will be a shorter school month, ending with spring break (March 25- April 1).
