Principal’s Message

A Message from the Desk of Mrs. Miller

Hello April!

Dear Families,

Welcome back from what I hope was a restful and rejuvenating Spring Break! As we jump into April, we're gearing up for an exciting and busy month ahead.

Testing for 3rd and 4th Graders (April 1-11)
Our 3rd and 4th graders will be taking their Ohio State Tests from April 1st through 11th. These tests are an important opportunity to showcase the hard work and progress your child has made this school year. We encourage our students to give their best effort, and we ask for your continued support in helping them stay focused and confident.

2nd Annual Showcase Night – May 1st
Mark your calendars for our 2nd Annual Showcase Night on May 1st! This is a wonderful event where students can dress up and show off what they’ve been learning throughout the year. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate their achievements and hard work in front of family and friends.  More information will be coming home soon!

Warmer Weather and Playground Reminders
As the weather warms up, it’s important to remember the expectations for behavior, especially on the playground. Please remind your child about following The Zappy Way – our school’s guidelines for respectful and responsible behavior. We want to ensure all students have a safe and fun time during recess.

Zappy Pride Hall of Fame
We’re excited to announce the unveiling of our new Zappy Pride Hall of Fame! Check out the photos of our Zappy Pride winners this year as they continue to exemplify kindness, respect, responsibility, honesty and other positive values. Their hard work is truly inspiring, and we’re proud to honor their efforts.

Final Stretch of the Year
With only two months left in the school year, let’s finish strong! As we get closer the final stretch of May, let’s make April a month to continue supporting our students to make the most of these last two months by keeping up the momentum of learning and growth.

Thank you for your continued support. Together, we can make this a successful and memorable last two months of the school year!

Warm regards,
Abby Miller
